Linda Mc Donald is the beloved camp director of Mc Donald Ranch. She oversees all camp activities and in addition to those duties is on the board. She loves all children and animals and has devoted the past fifteen years of her life to the ranch and everything the ranch stands for. She is the driving force behind the program. It is her life’s work. In hopes that the camp will be there for all children to enjoy she has kept her faith even when all seemed lost. She lives at the ranch and works every day from dawn till dusk and even then most of the time she burns the midnight oil long into the morning hours.

Richard Crenshaw has devoted ten years of his time and money to Mc Donald Ranch. He is the largest sole contributor to Mc Donald Ranch. Richard has opened his home and his heart to the children and animals of Mc Donald Ranch. He keeps the camp going with his constant support. Without Richard the camp would have been lost long ago. He does everything from feeding the animals to giving Linda support. He often works 50 plus hour work weeks to try and keep everything running smoothly at the ranch. He is an X-ray technician at Sutter general hospital.
